Something about the last quarter of the year makes me spend a lot of money...
  • Staycation
  • Bought a new laptop for work (MBP 2015 upgraded all specs thank you very much job security)
  • Bought The Sims game because IT WAS ON SALE AND FINALLY I HAVE A MACHINE (see above) TO PLAY IT ON!!!!
  • Switched ISP to ViewQuest and choosing to pay the bill annually because I friggin' can?! And also got 5% discount.
  • Buying more Lush stuff I don't need :(
  • Doing my nails
  • Shopping for clothes even though I didn't need to
  • Drinking a lot of Starbucks because I'm basic af rn and they KEEP HAVING 1 FOR 1 DEALS
  • Feeding my gudetama addiction sigh I don't even want to talk about this I can't believe myself
  • Stupid phone bill that exploded because of stupid fucking time zones. 
    • Bought a data plan that was supposed to start on 9 Nov (for example. I don't remember the dates) because I went to Batam and Bali with my family, but I was already in Batam on 8 Nov night. My phone hadn't updated the time zone yet because it was still on airplane mode. So at SG time, 9 Nov midnight, I turned on my data. And saw the time switch to Indo time, 8 Nov 11pm. 
    • Seriously wtf.
    • Following month my phone bill was $100+ lor for that 5 minutes of dumbfuckery that is overpriced overseas data usage.
  • New speakers from miniso because I wanted a cheap wireless speaker. It's not bad but the battery dies way too fast.
Seriously man I skipped dyeing my hair and buying contact lenses and planning for any overseas trips for all these very useful shit. MONEY MANAGEMENT YALL. And also sacrifice. Much sacrifice. But anyway whatever I spend on makes me happy (except my phone bill, fuck u singtel) so that's that may 2017 be a huat year please tolong.

Did not prepare any Christmas presents this year but I received gifts hashtag blessed hashtag santa claus is always coming to town if you know what I mean ho ho ho.

Ok bye gonna play The Sims in case today ends up being the ONLY day I ever play it.

Hello I'm sitting in the quite abandoned m:idea office (everyone went out for lunch) and there is absolutely nothing to do. We finished our work liao. So here I am clearing my Korea trip post!!!!! Day 9 at Lotte World and Myeongdong The absolutely best part about Lotte World was we only paid $8.90 for the one day special pass :D!!!!! It usually costs 40 000 won (which is about SGD $45) but we got a 30% tourist discount cuz we picked up this brochure from a tourist information desk at Namdaemun, so it was 28 000 won, and then we had this prepaid credit card (which you can use to shop at convenience stores, shops under Lotte  company I think and Lottle World) which has 20 000 won inside courtesy of KTO !!! We did surveys and shit ahaha. So we only needed to pay 8000 won after the discount and using the card. I LOVE KOREA. LOTTE WORLD!!!!!! I've had a lot of epiphanies lately... not a bad thing but it is making me go a bit cray cray. I *just* realised how wonderful 2012 was for me. I always knew it was good but it just dawned on me that it was probably the best year I've ever had, and that is good enough. I'm so thankful for everyone in my life now I could cry (I did). I've learnt so much and as much as I want to remain debt free I know I will forever remain in debt to everyone who has helped me. Okay I will get repetitive because that is the limit of my vocabulary/adjectives/English in general and I am seriously beyond happy when I look back and reflect on 2012.  Special shout out to Livia who is the best and most supportive chingu anyone can have. :') Okay Phay you too you whiny bitch kidding I love you la hahaha. And then there's Manjun, Gen, Weilin, Yanhong, Amira etc and there they are, the best people I've met in Poly :') And the guys la but they always bo jio except Isaac HAH

I don't know how this blog is still alive I check in like once a year, cringe like mad reading all my old (and now private) posts. Can't bear to delete this because of all the good memories man. Erm perhaps my resolution for 2018 will be to start blogging again. A lot did happen this year. :-) and 2016 which I did not blog about so here's a summary using  2017bestnine  (also works for 2016) Best of 2016 Went to Bangkok with NH Council mates, went to Busan with Livia, went to Bali with my family, discovered WDB Pocha, started a new job which lets me work from home. 2017: Started cooking more seriously (top dish of the year was cubanos from Chef thank you Binging With Babish), ate my weight in avocados and eggs and bread, got on then off dating apps, got back into filming and editing, started on my HPV vaccination (do it before you turn 26) went to Bangkok (but not free & easy) and I went to Germany and touched Europe soil for the first time ever (!!!) for a
